This staunton chess set is a classic, the pieces are solid metal brass/silver plated with a Florentine design and felted bottoms from Italy. The chess board/cabinet is mahogany, maple & walnut with a high gloss finish. There are two drawers for your chessmen lined in felt with a separate compartment for each chess piece. Imported from the orient. This is a traditional chess set which is very functional and will also make a beautiful addition to any room to leave out on display.
