Return PolicyAll of our merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturers defects. If you receive merchandise that is not salable because of a manufacturers defect, please inform us within five (5) days after the receipt of the merchandise, and we will issue an "Authorized Return Label" Merchandise will not be accepted without an authorized return label. Upon receipt and examination of the return, we will repair, replace or issue credit. All returns must be prepaid and sent to our warehouse. Merchandise returned in shoddy condition, marked, labeled or without original box, or poorly packed will not be accepted for credit or replacement under any condition. Gift boxes are not to be used as shipping cartons. Merchandise Damaged in transit: When you receive merchandise that has been damaged, please file prompt damage claims with your carrier. Your carrier is responsible for the safe arrival of your merchandise. You must keep all ORIGINAL CARTONS & PACKING MATERIALS. Claims cannot be made without the original cartons and packing materials. We will be glad to assist you in making your claim however our responsibilities ceases when your order is accepted and signed for by the carrier. Returns and Exchanges:
If you would like to return/exchange and item you have purchased, please email us at customerservice@bellogamesnewyork.com or call us at 866-570-4448 to request a RA # (Return authorization number). You will not receive a refund or your return will not be accepted without the RA #. RA # will expire after 15 days of issuance and may not be reissued. You must have the RA# clearly written on the outside of your package when sending it back to our warehouse. If you would like to return an item you have 30 days upon receipt to do so, however any special orders are not returnable. Bello Games New York, Inc., will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee). You are responsible for any shipping charges on the returned item. The returned item must be 100% complete, undamaged and in the original gift box. If the item cannot be resold due to being used or missing packaging your item may not be credited.
